Q: Do I need anything special to watch your movies?

A: No, you don't need anything that your Windows or Mac computer does not come with already installed on it. All of our movies are encoded in WMV format so you can watch them full screen. Without doing anything special to your computer which can be a big pain with some sites.

A: If you joined by Credit Card your membership will be automatically renewed every month ($29.95 US Dollars). You can cancel your membership anytime before your monthly membership ends in order to not get rebilled.

Q: Will there be anything that says 'porno' on my credit card statement? I'm very concerned about my privacy

A: Hell no! You will be discretely billed from CCBILL billing company. One if the most trusted billing companies on the net today. The note on your credit card statement will say "NetTransactions.com". CCBILL knows privacy and security are of main concern. Your info will be send via industry strength secure connections, 128 bit which is the same as your online banking account. So your confidential information is SECURE. Q: How much can I download ?

A: You can as much as your internet connection will allow you to. You can download day and night, even while you sleep. Download managers are also allowed to be used for your convenience. There is NO download limit on the HentaiKey network. You can download as much as you want with no additional charge, the only thing we do ask is that you only download 2 files at the same time to avoid overloading our network lines for other customers.

Q: How do I save a movie to watch later?

A: You can just 'right click' on any movie link and 'save as' and then save the link to a spot on your hard drive that you will remember. After the file has finished downloading you can go to that file on your drive and open it to watching it anytime you like. Streaming a movie by clicking on it and opening your video player directly is not recommended as the video will not be able to download faster than it will play so you will run into alot of buffering problems. Save the files to your hard drive and you can watch it over and over.

Q: I'm having problems logging in, what do I do?

A: The most common cause of login failure results from two things.

1. You have a firewall or anti-virus program running on your computer. Please temporarily disabled these programs when attempting to login as they can cause problems.

2. Your browser is not set to accept cookies. Ensure that your browser accepts cookies as this is also another culprit for login failure.

If all of your settings are correct and your firewalls are turned off and you still have problems you can reset your login here. Just enter your email into the box and you will be emailed instructions on resetting your login. If this does not solve the problem please contact HentaiKey and they will get back to you within 12 hours.

Q: I don't see anywhere to enter my username and password, where do I login?

A: We have login boxes where you can enter your username/password combo at the bottom of every page and on the members login page. If you don't see anywhere to enter your username and password and only see a white box in the middle of our members login page or at the bottom of every page then you are having a problem displaying Inline Frames (also called an iFrame) which is the format that HentaiKey uses for a secure login format. There are a few solutions that we have come across that seem to work for this extremely rare problem:

1. Your internet security settings are turned up too high to allow for images to be loaded through the iFrame. You will need to adjust your security settings and put HentaiKey.com into your trusted sites list. Security settings will need to be lowered and iFrames will need to be turned on. You need to play with the internet settings through your windows control panel until you find a security combination that allows you to display the iFrame. Resetting everything to default may help.

2. The only other solution we have found is for you to bypass the iFrame completely and go directly to the login form

If this does not solve the problem please contact HentaiKey and they will get back to you within 12-24 hours. You will also have to search for iFrame display problems on Google if these solutions don't work as every computer is different, there is no easy solution for this one besides the iFrame bypass

Q: When I access the Members Area with my login, the page refreshes itself and/or gives me an error message and I know I typed in my login correctly. What is the problem?

A: The problem might be with your web browser version. The current browsers you might be running are too old and out dated for our sites. You must upgrade to a higher version in order to be able to view ALL of our sites. Upgrade to either Netscape 7 or IE 5.5 or Mozilla Firefox, depending on which on you choose to use. The upgrade is highly recommended

Q: I have a question that I can't find the answer to in your FAQ, what should I do?

A: We have tried to answer the most common questions in our FAQ or some other problem that we have come across over the years of running websites, but sometimes you may have something that we haven't answered here. Please don't hesitate to contact us by filling out our form. We will usually get back to you within 12-24 hours, sometimes even sooner if you get lucky and we are sitting at our computer
